El anfitrion muy atento y pendiente de mi llegada, la ubicacion es genial! Podes llegar caminando a todos lados, la entrada es un poco oscura de noche pero se entiende como entrar al edificio muy fácilmente. Recomiendo el lugar.

We spent a few nights at this place and it was simply the perfect place to stay. Check-in was super easy, instructions were clear, walkable distance to everywhere and Mihail was always available to answer our questions. This place has everything you need for a few days stay. The only negative thing I found was the mattress, it's too soft, so when two people are lying in the bed and one of them is heavier, the other one is lying in a hole. But maybe it's about individual preferences. Overall I recommend this place & would come back. :)

The apartment is in a calm residential neighborhood, but still close to the city centre (ca. 20min by walk). A supermarket (Lidl) is just a few minutes by walk away as well as a park where you are surrounded by high Sowjet apartment buildings. The host was extremely kind and helped me to store my luggage on my last day after I checked out. Thanks again for that support!

In general this was a good place to stay. Here are some notes to help people figure out if it is a fit for them. It is about a 15 - 20 minute walk from the touristic center but it’s a nice walk through residential areas. A Lidl is very nearby, which was very convenient. A good upgrade would be a different coffee machine as we could not find pods for the one that was there and so suffered without coffee. Even though it was Easter weekend and Solando was with family, a strong effort was made to communicate. The clothes washing machine was great, and there are plenty of hangers and racks to dry things on. There is only one key and you need it to get in the building, so couples will need to coordinate. The cooking facilities are basic but adequate - knives but no cutting board, two slow to heat electric burners but no oven or microwave. There is enough in the way of utensils and plates for two. The internet was pretty fast and the desk in the bedroom was a good work space.

The place was well located with a walking distance near the metro, bus, and tram stations. Located near several good cafes and bakery nearby that opens from 6 am, and Lidl supermarket is located very close. The room is clean, spacious, and had all of the amenities listed. Check in instruction was also very easy and flexible. We enjoy our stay in Sofia and will definitely come back again! Thank you.

I really enjoyed my stay here...The location is great and within walking distance to everything you need like groceries, restaurant, the mall, public buses and trains. The apartment is spacious and clean, and the host was very proactive and helpful throughout my stay. I will be going back in the near future...
